By accessing or using our website, booking forms, or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID to receive tattoo services. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice periods and reschedule policies vary by artist and will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in deposit forfeiture.

3. Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on size, detail, placement, and session length. Final pricing may change based on the completed design.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to studio and artist discretion. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

5. Health & Safety

You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to your appointment. Our artists reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety is a concern.

6. Communications

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive transactional messages regarding your booking. Marketing communications require separate opt-in and can be opted out at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or undisclosed medical conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
